I highly recommend Thomas and his services. I had called a day before to schedule an appointment, he was able to come within 24 hours take a look at the troubled washing machine and figure out what the issue was immediately. He was very courteous and professionally on point with the repairs. He located where the issue was stemming from and repaired it within 30 minutes. Usually other services or companies would try to sell you on parts and items that are not required but Thomas was very truthful and honest and said this is an easy fix I will be out of here and this will be up and running in no time. I called Sunday night because I had an issue with my refrigerator and within an hour we had a technician here and knew exactly what the issue was. My big Samsung refrigerator had broken on me , the warranty was out nor the company wanted to hear what I had to say so I started asking my coworkers , the one fellow I work with told me that his grandmother had several issues with her appliances so she used Master Service appliance which she was super happy with so I called them right of the bet I liked the gentleman who had picked up it seemed that he really wanted to help told him the issue I had with the refrigerator he told me it was probably the mother board yet he couldn't guarantee it also told me the part is pretty expensive yet there's ways around that as well I made the appointment for the following day yet for the late evening cause I had to put in overtime at my job. Little that you know the following day the technician called me 30min.prior to arrival . When he came in I got the vibe that he knew what he was doing plus the fact that he had a smile on his face at 730pm.was a us . He quickly checked the refrigerator out & little that you know it was the mother board , can you believe he actually had the part on him in his van just in case so I didn't need to wait for this part to come in.
